In short, yes, waking up early can absolutely change your life. It has changed mine! Here are a few reasons why:
It sets the tone for your day. When you wake up early, you have time to ease into your day instead of rushing out the door. You can take the time to eat a healthy breakfast, exercise, meditate, or do whatever else sets you up for a productive day.
2. You have more time for what matters. When you wake up early, you have extra hours in your day to devote to the things that matter most to you. Whether it's work, getting in your self care, or spending time with loved ones, waking up early gives you more time to do the things you love.
