Get Back to Yourself in 30 Days with These 7 Habits

Feeling like you've lost touch with yourself is a common experience for most of us. We've all been there. Whether it's due to stress, a busy lifestyle, or simply feeling stuck in a rut, it can be confusing to know how to get back to feeling like yourself again. By making some important changes to your daily habits, you can start to feel like yourself again in 30 days.


This is my go-to guide to get myself back:


  1. Sleep at least 7 hours per day: Getting enough sleep is crucial for your physical and mental health. Aim for at least seven hours of sleep each night to help you feel rested and energized throughout the day.



2. Drink a lot of water and include healthy foods in your diet: A healthy diet is essential for feeling good inside and out. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and incorporate healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and fats into your meals.



3. Spend 10-30 minutes a day reading: Reading is an excellent way to expand your knowledge and improve your mental health. Try to spend 10-30 minutes each day reading something that interests you, whether it's a book, article, or blog post.



4. Exercise three times a week: Exercise is not only good for your physical health but also your mental health. Aim to exercise at least three times a week to boost your mood, reduce stress, and improve your overall health.



5. Spend time in nature and connect with your thoughts: Spending time in nature can be a great way to clear your mind and connect with your thoughts. Try to spend some time each week outside, whether it's going for a walk in a local park or spending time in your backyard.



6. Meditate for 10 minutes a day: Meditation is a powerful tool for reducing stress and improving your well-being. It's my go-to to connect back with myself. Try to meditate for 10 minutes each day, focusing on your breath and letting go of any thoughts or distractions.



7. Write down three things you're grateful for: Cultivating gratitude can help shift your mindset towards a more positive outlook. Try to write down three things each day that you're grateful for, whether it's something big or small.



Incorporating these habits into your daily routine may not be easy at first, but with consistent effort, you can start to seepositive changes in just 30 days. Remember to be patient with yourself and celebrate each small victory along the way. By committing to these habits, you'll be on your way to feeling like yourself again and making positive changes in your life!
