Daily Gratitude Challenge

Half the time, we live our days without even thinking, and we're constantly on repeat mode. Do you ever stop and give thanks to being alive, and for getting another day on this earth?
It's ok if you answered no, as many of us (including myself) can agree sometimes we forget.
By following a step by step daily gratitude challenge, it can hold us accountable for giving thanks everyday. The frequency you vibrate at attracts energy. When we're a kind person, constantly giving thanks, and realizing how lucky we are to be alive each day, we will ultimately receive that energy back in many forms.
Here is my 4 step easy gratitude challenge. I challenge you to try it for 30 days!
Journal 3 things you're grateful for, 3 things that made today great, and 3 affirmations
2. Make a list of accomplishments you did each day
3. Make your bed, do hygiene, and read for at least 10 minutes everyday
4. Celebrate how far you come, and give thanks for being alive today. Reflect on the day when laying in bed at the end of the night and feel how good it feels to be on this earth. You're here for a reason!
