Sleep 7-8 hours every night
More sleep=more energy, which = the power to get everything done the next day and feel rested.
2. Eat nourishing food
Proper nutrition keeps your body happy and is essential to your well-being. You can't expect your body to be at its best state when you're constantly feeding it junk!
3. Surround yourself with good people
A good group of people around you helps keep you engaged in fun and gives you the real kind of dopamine; not the cheap stuff from scrolling on TikTok.
4. Do something meaningful everyday
Do something for yourself each day. It will bring you instant gratification with yourself and you'll have prioritized yourself, which is key to being happy.
5. Avoid news overdose
